Diaspora Co Single Origin Chili Peppers
Super excited to offer Diaspora's newest spice - single origin chilli peppers from Andhra Pradesh.
Diaspora Co rigorously tests each harvest to ensure antioxidant content, toxins, and pesticides to ensure the cleanest, most potent spices available. Diaspora Co is committed to decolonizing the spice trade through their equity pledge, which provides living wages to Indian spice farmers.
For the perfect dumpling dipping sauce: Add these chilis to Yun Hai's single origin soy sauce! Snip with scissors to get that beautiful red chili confetti. We've been adding the whole chillies to stir fries, and in warming soups and stews.
Makes a beautiful gift to foodie friends. Don't forget to keep one back for yourself.

Grown in accordance to the principles of zero budget natural farming (ZBNF) on the Narne family farm in the historic chili growing region of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Brothers Hanumantharao and Satyanarayana Rao are climate change activists and likely the only pesticide-free chilli farmers in the region. They make us believe in the future of sustainable agriculture in India, as our elders, and teachers.
